Are you located in the U.S?

Yes we are. The Store is licensed in Delaware and our supplier that we get our merchandise from is in Tennessee. This is why most of our orders can ship in the U.S. right away unlike other stores out there that are getting products from China.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Not yet, but we hope to expand our delivery options in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times will most likely be much longer and will vary depending on where you are.

Can I get a tracking number please?

Yes, all orders will include a tracker number. Keep in mind we may not have the tracking number right away, but as soon as it is made available to us we will email it to you automatically.

How do you ship orders?

We use the USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS as our primary shippers.

No Tax?

Is it true that you do not charge sales tax on orders placed? In a word; yes. We are licensed in a state not requiring the collection of sales tax. We could have been shady and chose to “collect it” and then pocket the extra money for ourselves, but that’s not right. So there is no tax on any orders placed at The Store.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

Please reach out to us (cs@thestore.website) first if there is ever any problem with your order. We will need to know the order number, your name, shipping address. Also let us know the quantity that needs to be replaced if you ordered more than one of the same product; otherwise we presume only one needs replacement. If a replacement is not needed or wanted and you want the money back we will do our best to quickly issue a refund to you. Keep in mind we have a 14 day return policy on all products (unless otherwise stated). Refunds do not include the shipping and handling costs associated with your order ($7).

Is it safe to order from you?

Great question! Lot’s of merchants (shop owners) offer to take your order on line and you are left wondering was this safe?

We use Stripe as our only credit card merchant (credit card processor) for all orders placed. All Stripe does is take secure payments online for businesses all over the world. We partnered with Stripe to protect you and us from fraud.

We had to go thru an approval process to be allowed to use Stripe for our credit card payments online. That verification process required among other things providing our address, bank information, and EIN (Employer Identification Number) for them to confirm. What this means to you is you are dealing with a licensed business not “Joe Schmo.” Sorry, Joe. You get the idea. Who would you rather buy from some guy or a licensed business that will stand behind their products?

Upon checkout you will see that the payment screen is encrypted for safety. You will know this because a lock symbol will show up beside our website address.
